TRAINING MODULE FOR CORPORATE ENTITIES

Under this module, TTI will be designing training schedule for the respective company as per their requirement after understanding their need, previous experience of the participants etc. This training will normally be conducted at the venue selected by the company for their employees/vendors/customers/consultants. Duration of training could be short term or long term depending on the topics that are to be covered according to the existing skills of the participant.

TTI can also send their faculty to conduct training at offsite at the allotted time slot on a particular topic if requested by the company. Companies could also sponsor their participants to attend scheduled training conducted by TTI at a pre announced venue on a preannounced date.

 

 



TRAINING MODULE FOR NON CORPORATE ENTITIES

Under this module, TTI conducts need based training on focused area/ sector that covers independent professionals, students, employees of business entities and entrepreneurs.The objective of such training is to impart skill to the participants so that they could be well equipped to resolve tax issues on their own TTI conducts training either at its office or at other training centres/ hotels. Training could be full day or for part of the day either in working days or on weekends and holidays. Duration of training period depends on the need of the participants and complexities of the topics which are to be covered in the training. Apart from training TTI also provides placement and team leasing services to its clients. Under placement services representatives of TTI meet the respective business entities to find out its requirement and identify resources to match their need, if required provides training to the identified resource to impart the required skill set, the one which the business entities are looking at. TTI also provides team leasing service for those entities that need resources for short term basis and is not willing to keep those resources on their payroll. The training division of TTI conducts training through eminent faculties who have the passion for imparting knowledge and are already empanelled with ICAI, ICMI, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Industry of the Govt of India with training experience of more than one decade. Training Course covers both Direct tax and GST.

Team Leasing

Providing Resources of Long Term & Short Term Basis in the Field of Accounts of Tax

Long Term Team Leasing :-

  • Provided resources for a long term period (more than 12 month).
  • Resources will be in the payroll of TTI but will work under control and supervision
    of client.
  • Client will not be allowed to take the resource in their payroll without permission of
    TTI
  • One month notice to be served for cancellation of contract with TTI.

Short Term Team Leasing:-

  • Availability of resources for a limited period to complete an assignment
  • Resources will be in the payroll of TTI but will work under control and supervision
    of client.
  • TTI will not be held responsible for outcome of the work performance by resource.
